What to know before you compare

FundingPips 2 Step Standard is a two-phase simulated trading evaluation. Passing leads to a reviewed Master-account setup, not a personal live brokerage account. Compare the exact configuration and reward agreement before paying. [1][2]

What the account actually provides

FundingPips describes its accounts as demo accounts, with no trades executed on live financial markets. The displayed account size is therefore simulated buying power, rather than money deposited in your name. Its legal disclosure describes program payments as service fees. [2] This matters when comparing a challenge with opening your own brokerage account: the product being purchased, contractual rights and path to receiving money are different.

Current targets and the older Standard version

The current Standard evaluation has an 8% first-phase target and a 5% second-phase target. Normally each phase requires three trading days; the 3% daily-loss add-on removes that minimum. FundingPips stopped offering the former 10% target on July 24, 2026. [1] Record the purchase date and configuration with your receipt. An old review or an existing account's screenshot may describe a version you cannot buy today.

Understand both loss limits

Standard has a static 10% maximum-loss floor. Its daily limit is 3% or 5%, depending on the purchased configuration, calculated from the higher opening balance or equity. Floating losses count. [1] A useful personal check is to calculate the permitted floor before placing orders, then compare it with your platform equity. Treat the maximum permitted loss as a boundary, rather than a suggested amount to risk.

Passing is followed by verification

Master setup runs through identity verification, trading review, agreement signing and onboarding. FundingPips says review and onboarding can each take up to two working days. Where a reward-cycle choice is offered, selecting it enables trading and permanently locks the selection. [2] Leave room for that process in your expectations. Reaching the target does not mean an immediately available withdrawal or that the evaluation's account balance becomes spendable cash.

Reward terms need an account-specific check

Official pages describe different reward menus: the product-page search result advertises biweekly or monthly rewards, while the detailed Standard help page lists weekly, biweekly and on-demand options. [1][4] We therefore do not present one universal split. Before purchase, ask support to confirm the applicable menu, first-request date, minimum reward, consistency conditions and deductions in writing. Keep that response with the agreement; a headline percentage alone cannot explain eligibility.

Fees, reimbursement and eligibility

The getting-started guide describes a return of the original Standard registration fee after the fourth Master reward. That is a conditional program benefit, not a promise of reimbursement merely for passing. The same guide requires adults and identifies restricted jurisdictions, including UAE residents. [3] Check the full current restrictions before checkout, together with your supported platform, payment method and total configuration price. Budget the fee as money you may not recover.

How to compare it with another firm

Compare Standard with the particular competing product you would actually buy. List its daily-loss calculation, maximum-loss floor, holding rules, trading costs, reward prerequisites and failure/reset terms side by side. Separate a lower advertised purchase price from the total cost of repeated attempts. This is a review of published rules checked on October 25, 2026, rather than a firsthand account test or a forecast of your results.

Frequently asked questions

Is a FundingPips Master account live?

FundingPips describes all its accounts as simulated demo accounts. Master is its program stage, not confirmation of live execution. [2]

Does passing return the purchase fee?

The published Standard benefit is tied to the fourth Master reward, rather than simply completing the evaluation. [3]

Which reward split should I compare?

Use the option confirmed for your own account agreement; the public reward descriptions currently differ. [1][4]
