What to know before you compare
The5ers High Stakes is a two-stage CFD evaluation. Its current terms describe both evaluation trading and Professional User capital as simulated, although a separate 2-Step FAQ uses “live” wording. Because official pages also show different plan parameters, confirm the exact purchased version before treating any generic comparison as your contract. [1][2]

Identify the plan before comparing its targets
The High Stakes page separates New and Classic offerings and lists demo evaluation and supported markets. [3] A September 2026 $100,000 2-Step FAQ gives New a 10% first-stage target and Classic an 8% target, followed by 5% in either case, plus a funded-stage consistency rule. [2] Do not extrapolate those details to every size or offer. Save the selected specifications and request clarification of conflicting official wording.
Resolve the daily-loss discrepancy
The High Stakes drawdown FAQ states a 10% overall limit and 5% daily limit, based on the higher previous closing balance or equity at server midnight. [4] The separate $100,000 2-Step specification states 3% daily instead. [2] This material difference prevents reliable position sizing from a universal “The5ers daily limit.” Confirm the applicable version and include floating positions when reviewing overnight risk.
Distinguish profitable days from ordinary activity
The main program table requires three profitable days per evaluation phase. [3] A qualifying day needs at least 0.5% of initial balance, using the lower midnight balance/equity minus the prior day’s balance; simply placing a winning trade does not necessarily qualify. [5] Unlimited completion time also does not mean unlimited inactivity: September’s general-rules FAQ specifies 30 inactive days for evaluation accounts from registration, and 60 for funded accounts. [6] A slow strategy needs to satisfy both its profit-day test and its activity schedule.
Understand fees, refunds and Hub Credits
The terms describe a one-time evaluation fee; another evaluation attempt costs extra. [1] The High Stakes payout FAQ distinguishes 10% Hub Credit after Step 1, another 20% after Step 2, and a 70% refundable component at the funded stage. Hub Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash. The refundable portion applies to external money paid, excluding any Hub Credit used. [7] Treat this as conditional program compensation rather than a guaranteed cash refund of the entire purchase price. Promotional checkout prices can change.
Verify withdrawal prerequisites and caps
The payout FAQ allows funded-stage requests generally every two weeks, with activity and profit requirements for fee reimbursement. [7] September’s general-rules page gives size-specific payout caps; the separate $100,000 2-Step FAQ gives another cap. [6][2] We do not present one amount as universal. Confirm your exact cap, minimum, split, consistency requirement and payment method before relying on a projected withdrawal.
Check platforms, residency and trading around news
The program page lists MT5 Hedge, but current terms prohibit MetaQuotes platforms for US residents and require eligibility and identity checks. [3][1] Holding an existing position through high-impact news is permitted under the dedicated FAQ, while opening relevant positions within the two-minute window before or after the event is prohibited. Profits from affected entries can be removed while losses remain. [8] A strategy that trades scheduled releases needs to distinguish holding a position from initiating one.
Assess practical fit without relying on the headline balance
High Stakes may interest traders who can manage qualifying profitable days and a documented routine. The official-page differences make verification especially important. Compare the usable loss allowance and withdrawal conditions with your trading records. Hub Credit is not spendable income, and passing does not guarantee future payouts. Resolve unclear account rules before paying.
Frequently asked questions
Does “funded” necessarily mean live market capital?
No. The current terms describe Professional User capital as simulated, while another FAQ uses different wording. Ask which agreement governs your account. [1][2]
Can I cash out Hub Credit?
No. The payout policy distinguishes non-withdrawable Hub Credit from its conditional funded-stage fee reimbursement. [7]
